Weapons: Laser Kamas: In his transformed state the front bumpers sit on the sides of his hips. They ignite short pale blue blades. Shuriken: The rim covers on his shoulders(back wheels) are removable and can be thrown or fired while the wheels are moving in car form. Active camouflage systems: includes light bending, sound dampening, radar/sonar cloaking, and thermal control systems. Flight systems: Used for short aerial flights, large jumps, and land speed boosts and maneuvering. Usable in Humanoid form only
Appearance: Height: 17’6” Weight: 2000 lbs
Background/History: Created fairly close to earth’s system, Blacktop was unusual in personality to other decepticons, fairly aloof, not showing any desire for power or lust for destruction. He followed orders, but wasn’t zealous to do so. His first major mission was on earth. He was sent there as a spy but remained undetected and undisturbed, but neither did he look for conflict. With the destruction of the fallen Blacktop saw no further reason, with the leader destroyed and his ultimate mission failed, he decided there was no longer a reason for him to remain Decepticon. He removed his insignia and communication equipment.
RP Sample: The silvery metal finger dips into the shining water. It swirls the water with a circular motion. Withdrawing his finger, the icy blue glow of Blacktop’s eyes reflects off the warped surface. He brings his finger up close and watches the water collect at the trip and drip off. This water seemed to humans as energon was to the transformers. It filled them and sustained them. They didn’t know how lucky they were, as abundant as water was on this planet. A release of heated air sounded close to a human sigh. He flicks his finger in the air to rid his finger of the remnants of the water. He rises slowly in deep contemplation. He turn his gaze up to the dark night sky. In a voice like snow, soft and cold, he says “What now?”
